Vinyasa + Yin 🔥🌿
Vinyasa + Yin 🔥🌿 (60 minutes), blends dynamic strength-building yoga sequences, and mindful breathwork to energize the body and quiet the mind. Expect a fluid, heat-building practice that challenges balance, endurance, and mobility.
As the class winds down to a close, we ease into the grounding stillness of Yin, where poses are held for extended periods (3-5 minutes) to target deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. With the support of props and breath awareness, this portion of the class encourages deep release and relaxation.
Come prepared to sweat, breathe, and unwind. Leave feeling grounded and restored. No experience necessary—modifications and challenges offered for all levels.
