    As the class winds down to a close, we ease into the grounding stillness of Yin. Practiced primarily on the floor with the support of specialty yoga props, this practice prioritizes stillness, time and softness in order to target fascia, joints, and connective tissues.

    Modifications and progressions are offered to accommodate a range of experience levels, allowing each student to move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

    Arrive prepared to seamlessly link breath to movement, and leave feeling grounded and restored.

    Gentle Flow 🌿

    Move with intention in this 60 minute Gentle Yoga class. Each session is thoughtfully sequenced to create space, increase mobility, and stability within the body. Cultivate a deeper mind/body connection by seamlessly linking breath with movement. 

    Modifications and progression are offered throughout class, allowing the practice to be accessible and empowering for all-levels. This flow is deliberately designed to create space within the body while being mindful and careful to move within each practitioners unique range of motion. 

    Wind down with grounding postures, specialty supportive props, and a restorative savasana. Our goal is for students to leave feeling connected and centered. 

    Room temperature is comfortable and warm.

    Heated Vinyasa Flow🔥

    This is a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, focus, and internal heat. Expect a continuous, flowing sequence that links movement to breath, encouraging presence, endurance, and mindful effort throughout the class.

    This class incorporates core-focused work, intentional holds, and balance challenges to support stability, coordination, and concentration. Modifications and progressions are offered to accommodate a range of experience levels, allowing each student to move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

    Come prepared to sweat, breathe, and move with intention. Leave feeling strong, centered, and energized.

    Room temperature is heated to approximately 85–90 degrees.

    Enjoy a slow, grounding practice aimed to help practitioners unwind from the pace of daily life and settle into deep stillness. Practiced primarily on the floor with the support of specialty yoga props, this practice prioritizes stillness, time and softness in order to target fascia, joints, and connective tissues.

    Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, guide the body to release tension, increase mobility, and regulate your nervous system. An all-levels class that offers modifications as needed.  Our goal is for all students to leave feeling grounded and restored. A true elixir for the times!
