You'll move through dynamic sequences that reinforce the foundational principles of Pilates—coordinating breath with movement, enhancing core stability, and improving overall body awareness. Variations and modifications will be provided, making it accessible for different experience levels while still offering a challenge to those looking to deepen their practice.
Room is heated to 80-85 degrees.

Strength Flow 🔥🔥 is an open-level contemporary Mat Pilates strength class designed for those looking to challenge their strength and form with added weights and props for deeper engagement challenges. Whether you're seeking to refine your mat work or complement your Reformer training, this class will help build strength, flexibility, and control. Props are always optional in Sculpt classes.
You'll move through dynamic sequences that reinforce the foundational principles of Pilates—coordinating breath with movement, enhancing core stability, and improving overall body awareness. Variations and modifications will be provided, making it accessible for different experience levels while still offering a challenge to those looking to deepen their practice.

HEAT Mat + Yin 🔥🌿 (60 minutes)
Mat Pilates 🔥 is a strength-based movement practice that emphasizes control, alignment, and breath. Exercises are performed on the mat using body weight to build deep core strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall body awareness.
Yin 🌿 is a slow, contemplative practice that involves holding passive shapes for longer periods of time. This approach supports joint health, connective tissue resilience, and nervous system regulation. By reducing muscular effort and allowing the body to settle, Yin encourages stillness, patience, and a deeper internal awareness.
Room is heated to 80–85°F.
