These classes are rooted in the original Contrology principles of Pilates and updated with contemporary rehabilitation science. They focus on incremental learning, intentional movement, and building strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence over time.

While our Reformer classes are very popular, our Mat and Barre classes provide a workout equal to (if not more!) Reformer classes. They are a critical part of a holistic Pilates practice and strongly suggest you weave them into your schedule. Our Yoga classes are also an excellent option in supplementing your Pilates practice and overall health and well-being.
