CANCELLATION POLICY

  • HOW TO CANCEL

    Log into your account or the Maine Pilates app (Apple App or Google Play.)

  • DEADLINE TO CANCEL

    More than 12 hours notice, no fee or loss of credit.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE

    You will be charged a $10+ tax late fee. Please note that rescheduling less than 12 hours before class is considered a late cancellation.

  • NO SHOWS

    You will be charged a $15.00 late fee and a class credit will be deducted if you do not cancel your reservation and miss class.

    Unlimited Memberships will be charged a $20.00 + tax if you do not cancel your reservation and miss class.

    Maintaining personalized classes and affordable rates is really important to us. Thank you for supporting this policy and canceling your attendance as soon as possible.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

We want you to be safe. Please cancel your attendance and switch to an online class or sign up at the last minute. Weather conditions can be unpredictable. We reserve the right to cancel or switch modalities (live streaming vs in person) class up to an hour before start time. If we cancel classes, you will receive an email, text, and class credit will automatically be applied to your account. 

LATE ARRIVALS

We recognize sometimes things don't always go according to plan. Please do your best to find parking and arrive to class 5 - 10 minutes early. If there is a waitlist, your spot will be given away to the first person on the list at the start of class. 

SCHEDULE

Monthly Members get first dibs on reserving classes up to a month in advance. Classes are available to book 14 days in advance. Classes and Instructors are subject to change. Ensure our email is saved to receive news and updates.

WAITLIST

If class is full - add yourself to the waitlist! You will automatically be booked if a spot opens up to an hour before class. If you are no longer available, be sure to cancel your reservation to avoid cancellation fees. If a spot opens an hour prior to class, a text and email will be sent to everyone on the waitlist.

HEALTH HISTORY FORM

Please keep your Health form updated and inform your instructor of injuries or sensitivities. Our group classes are designed for different preferences (strength building, learning or perfecting form, learning safe modifications, etc). Everyday is different, choose the intensity level that fits with your bodies goal for that day. If you are recovering from an injury or require modifications please join a Healthy Living or Intro to Reformer class, or Private Lesson.

BARE FEET OR GRIPPY SOCKS

Our floors are slippery. For your safety, please wear grippy socks or bare feet. Grippy socks available for purchase in studio. No shoes or socks allowed in any studio.

SCENT-FREE SPACE

We love scents and perfumes but to respect everyone’s sensitivities, Please refrain from wearing any scented perfumes or lotions.
