Our Intensity Guide empower you to listen to your body and decide what intensity is right for you.

If you’re looking for a gentler, slower-paced Reformer class with modifications, TheraReformer is for you. These classes are developed for people of all ages who prefer a therapeutic, educational, and classical approach.

While our Reformer classes are very popular, our Mat and Yoga classes are a critical part of a holistic Pilates practice.

The Intensity Guide

  • 1 Flame

    A solid workout. Challenging with a helping of zest in the form of next-level modifications.

  • 2 Flames

    A moderately spicy challenge with an even flow. A few breaks peppered here and there. Sweat very likely.

  • 3 Flames

    A very spicy challenge. Burn and shake for the entire class.

  • Reformer🔥

    Join us in Reformer🔥, the perfect class to learn the Maine Pilates Method. Whether you are new to exercise or looking to deepen your Pilates practice, this series will provide a supportive environment for you to learn and grow.

    You will learn the basics of Stott Pilates equipment, essential exercises, and key terminology. Designed with a rotating curriculum, means it is easy to join at any time whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner.

    Please note: TheraReformer🌿 is designed for individuals with specific injuries, mobility limitations, or body sensitivities such as: Heart Conditions, Arthritis, Osteoporosis/Osteopenia or other bone density issues, Pregnancy second or third trimester, Shoulder, Hip or Knee replacements, Sciatica, acute or severe Neck, Back, and/or Spinal pain or medical conditions.

  • Reformer 🔥🔥

    Reformer🔥🔥 classes offer a quicker pace ensuring a challenging and effective workout for individuals who have mastered the foundational movements of Reformer🔥 classes.

    To ensure your safety and progress, Instructor approval is required before joining Reformer🔥🔥 classes. This approval is based on your ability to perform exercises in the Reformer🔥 class with good form, fairly easily, and without a lot of explanation.

    Please Note: This class is not recommended if you have any injuries or body sensitivities such as: Heart Conditions, Arthritis, Osteoporosis Osteopenia or other bone density issues, Pregnancy second or third trimester, Shoulder, Hip or Knee replacements, Sciatica, acute or severe Neck, Back, and/or Spinal pain.

    Please join a TheraReformer 🌿🌿 class or schedule a private lesson to create modifications for your group class.

    What are the Prerequisites?

    Instructor Approval is required to join Reformer🔥🔥 classes. We recommend 4-10 Reformer🔥 classes.

  • Jumpboard 🔥🔥

    Jumpboard is an attachment to fuse low-impact cardio with core-focused Pilates. By adding plyometric footwork while lying on your back, you’ll strengthen your legs, stabilize your pelvis, fire up your deep abdominals, and elevate your heart rate—all while protecting your joints.

    It's a fun, sweaty, and safe way to challenge coordination, endurance, and postural control.

    Typically, 5-10 Reformer🔥🔥 classes are required to learn and apply the foundational movements necessary for Jumpbard🔥🔥 classes.

    Reformer🔥🔥🔥 where you build power, resilience, and next-level strength. It’s our most demanding Reformer class (both physically and mentally!) that blends classical principles with contemporary athletic training—designed for clients who desire athletic conditioning, performance-level strength, and a sweat-driven full-body workout.

    Expect dynamic sequences that demand muscular endurance and mental focus.

    This class is NOT recommended if you have any injuries, limitations, or body sensitivities.

    What are the Prerequisites?

    Instructor invitation is required to join Reformer🔥🔥🔥 classes. We recommend 20-30 Reformer🔥🔥 classes or private lessons to receive an invite to join.
