Schedule of classes. Classes are 50 minutes. Monday Reformer 2 at 9:00am, Mat 1 at 4:30pm or 5:30pm. Tuesdays Reformer Props 2 at 9am, Reformer 2 at 10am. Wednesdays, Mat 1 at 4:30pm or 5:30pm. Thursdays Reformer Props 3 at 9am, Reformer 3 at 10am or Reformer 2 at 11am.

Private Training

Private sessions are available for pilates or strength training on the Cadillac, Mat, Reformer, and/or Stability Chair. 

We can customize a program for you to help you meet your goals, or work with you to polish your form for group classes. Prices range from $80 - $90 depending upon how many sessions are purchased.

Mat Classes

Mat 1: is for those new to pilates or those who need a refresher before joining Reformer. In this foundational contemporary mat class you will learn about the principles of pilates, terminology, coordinating your breath with your movements all while building strength and body awareness connection.

Reformer Classes

Reformer 1: is for those who are beginning their pilates practice or have completed at least 6 weeks of Mat 1 classes. In this foundational class you will learn about the reformer machine, terminology, breath/body connection and spinal mobility and stability. Usually 3 - 6 months of Reformer 1 is needed before progressing to the Reformer 2 or Reformer Props 2.

Reformer 2: is for those with a minimum of 6 weeks experience of Reformer 1. This is a beginner to intermediate progressive class working towards the full level 2 repertoire. Typically 6-12 months of this class is required before joining Reformer 3. 

Reformer Props 2: previously known as Circuit 2. In this class we will use circles, balls, cushions and other "toys" to spice it up. Reformer 1 experience is necessary or instructor approval.

Reformer 3: ready for more challenges? Our instructors will lead you through a dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on improving flexibility and core strength while building upon the foundation you've developed at Reformer 1 and 2.

Reformer Props 3: previously known as Circuit 3. In this class we will use the jump board, circles, balls, cushions and other props while building on the movements learned in Reformer 2 and 3. Reformer 3 experience is necessary or instructor approval.
