CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Wondering what class to join?
That’s not surprising - even if you have been practicing for a while!
Pilates is more than 100 years old and over time it has been interpreted and reinterpreted around the globe. But the essence of what Joseph Pilates intended remains in tact. He wanted people to be responsible for their own health. He wanted to empower people to work their bodies and minds together to be the best they could be.
Our class ratings empower you to listen to your body and decide what intensity is right for you. Because some days you want to turn up the heat in our inner thigh series or other days you want to focus on lighter springs and challenging your precision.
1 FLAME = A challenging with a helping of zest in the form of next-level modifications. A solid workout.
2 FLAMES = A moderately spicy challenge. Enjoy an even flow with a few breaks peppered here and there. Sweat very likely.
