Pilates is more than 100 years old and over time it has been interpreted and reinterpreted around the globe. But the essence of what Joseph Pilates intended remains in tact. He wanted people to be responsible for their own health. He wanted to empower people to work their bodies and minds together to be the best they could be.
Our class ratings empower you to listen to your body and decide what intensity is right for you.
Whether it’s Reformer or TheraReformer, the ratings help guide you to the perfect class.
1 FLAME = A solid workout. Challenging with a helping of zest in the form of next-level modifications.
2 FLAMES = A moderately spicy challenge. Enjoy an even flow with a few breaks peppered here and there. Sweat very likely.
3 FLAMES = A very spicy challenge. Burn and shake for the entire class.
1 LEAF = A gentle and effective class with personalized modifications, as needed.
2 LEAVES = In these classes, we pick up the pace a bit and offer suggestions for added challenges so you can level up as you see fit.

Reformer 🔥
Join us in Reformer 🔥, the perfect introductory pilates class to the Maine Pilates Method.
Whether you are new to exercise or looking to deepen your Pilates practice, this series will provide a supportive environment for you to learn and grow. You will learn the basics of Stott Pilates equipment, essential exercises, and key terminology. Designed with a rotating curriculum, means it is easy to join at any time whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner.
For your safety, Instructor approval is required to join Reformer 🔥🔥 or Jumpboard 🔥🔥 classes. When you can perform exercises in Reformer 🔥 classes with good form, fairly easily, and without a lot of explanation - you are ready to advance. Typically 4-10 Reformer 🔥 classes are required to learn and apply our foundational movements in your practice.
Please note: TheraReformer🌿 is designed for individuals with specific injuries, mobility limitations, or body sensitivities such as: Heart Conditions, Arthritis, Osteoporosis/Osteopenia or other bone density issues, Pregnancy second or third trimester, Shoulder, Hip or Knee replacements, Sciatica, acute or severe Neck, Back, and/or Spinal pain or medical conditions.

Reformer 🔥🔥
To ensure your safety and progress, Instructor approval is required before joining Reformer classes🔥🔥. This approval is based on your ability to perform exercises in Reformer🔥 class with good form, fairly easily, and without a lot of explanation. Typically, 4 to 10 Reformer🔥 classes are required to learn and apply the foundational movements necessary for Reformer 🔥🔥 classes.
Reformer 🔥🔥 classes offer an athletic and dynamic pace ensuring a challenging and effective workout for individuals who have mastered the foundational movements of Reformer 🔥🔥 classes.

Jumpboard 🔥🔥
Jumpboard is an attachment to fuse low-impact cardio with core-focused Pilates. By adding plyometric footwork while lying on your back, you’ll strengthen your legs, stabilize your pelvis, fire up your deep abdominals, and elevate your heart rate—all while protecting your joints. It's a fun, sweaty, and safe way to challenge coordination, endurance, and postural control.

TheraReformer🌿 is a open-level Reformer Pilates class designed for individuals who want to age with grace, strength, mobility, and vitality.
It's perfect for those with specific injuries or body sensitivities such as: Heart Conditions, Arthritis, Osteoporosis/Osteopenia or other bone density issues, Pregnancy second or third trimester, Shoulder, Hip or Knee replacements, Sciatica, acute or severe Neck, Back, and/or Spinal pain or medical conditions.
With small class sizes, this class offers personalized support and focuses on teaching participants the necessary modifications to move safely and confidently. By building strength, mobility, and balance, participants will develop the skills needed to transition into TheraReformer 🌿🌿 with a strong understanding of how to adapt movements to suit their -individual needs.

TheraReformer🌿🌿
TheraReformer 🌿🌿 is a gently-paced Pilates experience rooted in the original Contrology principles and updated with contemporary rehabilitation science.
This class focuses on incremental learning, intentional movement, and building strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence over time.
Expect thoughtful cueing, longer holds, smoother transitions, and plenty of modifications to make each exercise accessible and supportive for your body’s needs. This is the class where you truly learn how to move—safely, intelligently, and with integrity.
Recommended for individuals with:
Heart conditions · Arthritis · Osteoporosis/Osteopenia · Bone density concerns · Pregnancy (2nd or 3rd trimester) · Shoulder, hip, or knee replacements · Sciatica · Acute or chronic neck, back, or spinal pain · General body sensitivities or limited mobilities.
Perfect for anyone who prefers a therapeutic, educational, and classical approach instead of athletic performance pacing.

Barre🔥🔥 is an open level class that integrates the precision and core-centric principles of Pilates with the strength and elegance of ballet-inspired movements. Ideal for all fitness levels, the class focuses on building long, lean muscles, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Using the barre and other props, we will guide you through a blend of low-impact, high-repetition movements designed to tone your legs, glutes, and arms while engaging your core and improving balance.
Whether you're new to barre or experienced, this class will help you connect to your breath, deepen your core activation, and ensure proper alignment for a safe and effective workout. Modifications and props are offered throughout, making each exercise accessible and challenging for everyone.
