Our cancellation policy is 12 hours notice prior to class. If you contact us (email, or change in Vagaro) with MORE than 12 hours notice, credit for class will be applied to your account. Less than 12 hours notice, class missed will be reduced from your account balance.
Maintaining personalized classes and affordable rates is important to us. Thank you for your support with this policy.
We want you to be safe. Weather conditions can be unpredictable. We reserve the right to cancel class up to an hour before start time. Credit will be applied to your account to join another class.
We recognize sometimes things don't always go according to plan. Please do your best to arrive to class 5 - 10 minutes early. If there is a waitlist, your spot will be given away to the first person on the list at the start of class. If you arrive late please warm up by stretching and settling into your pilates breath before jumping into class exercises.
Please refrain from wearing scented perfumes or lotions.
